Guess what I am?

Guess:

I am in all places and at all times. I have always existed. I am the basis for the determination and differentiation of all things. Even the very act of idle dismissal of my existence confirms my infinite essence and existence. And without me, nothing can be known. What am I? (Hint: foundation of reality; ontology; being)
